Bill and I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the fantastic job you did "creating" our pool. It is something we once dreamed of made into reality.

We researched quite a few pool companies before we met with Steve. From the first time we sat down with Steve, we both felt comfortable and at ease. From the time the project began with the excavation until the end when we were able to swim in our pool, there was not a problem worth remembering. There were no added costs or huge time delays (something we were both worried about.) The staff was always professional and courteous.

Steve, of course, helping us plan what we wanted for our new pool, and his setting it all in motion. Patty was always there to so nicely answer all our questions and fill us in on what was happening. All the folks who came each day to accomplish each part were terrific too. All the people you recommended to do the electrical and plumbing work were wonderful to work with.

Steve you were able to relay our vision of what we wanted to perfection! A special thank you as you delivered everything that was promised to us from the beginning. We could not be more ecstatic with the finished project. We made several changes along the way and you and your team were helpful and responsive to those changes.

Just wanted to give you a big thank you for the service we got from you this pool season. The new liner was perfectly installed and the installers were so gracious. The cleanup you did was spectacular. When it came to close the pool for the season I couldn't be here but I left a note and it was followed to a T. When I first called Steve and told him I needed a replacement for a in ground liner that he installed back in 1999 he was so accommodating and told me right off the bat the prices were up from 1999, I figured on that. He said he had all the measurement and didn't need to come and remeasure. The new liner fit perfectly. The office staff of Pat and Ruth I can't forget either they were always so accommodating and any date they gave was met on time and within my budget so I thank them also. The field guys were terrific always also accommodating and they did a great job. The pool closing I couldn't be here for (the tickets I had to the Yankee game came first) I left a note and the followed it exactly as I requested. Everything was stored away as requested. We thank you all you all as a team did a great job. Looking forward to setting up a pool opening next year. Have a great winter and enjoy the remainder of this year.

From the day we signed the contract, you made the process of putting in our in-ground pool, one of the smoothest most painless construction projects that we have ever do in our home.
